I am going to be running the BUPA london 10K with a group of lovely friends and we want to raise as much money as possible.

I am running for Dementia UK in memory of my nan. Last time i did any form of activity for my nan I broke my ankle so fingers crossed this time will be injury free and I can raise as much money as possible for a fantastic charity!
