Thanks to all of you for your wonderful support! I managed to complete the Ironman (2.4mile swim; 112mile cycle and 26.2mile run) without stopping at all, which is what I hoped to do all along. For me, it was about completing the distances properly and not walking at any point. Even so, it got quite difficult towards the end of the marathon run, when I began to get a little emotional and a little disoriented. I then began to think about how much support I had from you all and about what your money could mean to babies that are born too soon and that really helped me to push through.

I managed to complete the event in 12.5 hours which was slower than I wished, but to be honest I was just glad to finish! An amazing experience! Once again THANK YOU!
