This year I will be running the London Marathon for the first time ever.  In fact 18 months ago I didn't run full stop and was many stones heavier than I am today :)

For me this personal challenge will be even more worthwhile if others get to benefit too. 

I have a free ballot entry to the London Marathon meaning I have no charity target I have to hit so anything you can give in sponsorship will massively benefit Colchester Food Bank

The work Colchester Food Bank does is so valuable in supporting those who through short term financial difficulties struggle to be able to afford the most basic of essentials, food, for them and their families.
