I'm running Tough Mudder fundraising for Heart of Kent Hospice in memory of Bob Clark

Tough Mudder London West · 26 April 2014 to 27 April 2014 ·
I've always been told that charity starts at home. I've supported local charities almost my whole life. So when someone you know really needs support and a charity steps up to help them it makes me want to help them more.
In 2013 a friend of the family, Bob Clark, died from cancer. I'd know Bob since meeting his children on holiday when we were in our teens. We visited them, they visited us and our parents got close. That was around 20 years ago.
I want to raise money for the hospice that he spent his last days in. To help the people who helped his wife and children and grandchildren.
If you're going to sponsor me I need to do something worth sponsoring. It's got to be hard. Its got to be challenging. So I have registered for Tough Mudder. A 12 mile obstacle course involving high jumps, fire, electric shocks and ice dips. You can see a video here: http://toughmudder.co.uk/
Please help me raise money for a great cause. I dont care how much I raise, just that I am doing something to help and say thank you.
