I'm not quite sure how I got roped into this ... the run I can do but a firewalk ... 

But don't let that put you off - in fact seeing me fail should be an extra incentive! 

Not that you need one - the hospice is such a worthy cause that it almost doesn't need saying. For those who don't know, it provides incredibly valuable support and care for very poorly people and their families. It costs over £6000 a day to run and most of this comes from fundraising so dig deep and one way or the other you'll get to see pictures of my blistered feet.
