This is the first sporting event or sponsored event i have ever done. To be honest I don't Love running I would say i am partial to an amble really. I am gonna do the course I am gonna go slow cause i am going round with a friend recovering from major surgery ...they are amazing and they want to do it, and they will be able to with support.

So if you have any available cash that would be cool. Maybe go without a takeout for one night and have beans on toast. Or maybe rent a movie and don't go to the cinema ...give the difference to me and it will make a difference. Anyhow think about it and give that would be cool...
