This Flagship three-day Coast to Coast Challenge will take place between Friday 18th – Sunday 20th May 2018. MSRRF are looking for 24 cyclists and are aiming to raise more than £12,000 in sponsorship to improve the lives of local people affected by MS.

The route travels from the Irish Sea through the Lake District and the Pennines before finishing at the North Sea at Tynemouth. All participants will be fully supported every step of the way and MSRRF are committed to ensuring riders have the experience of a lifetime. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone who has been thinking about cycling the Coast to Coast, to give it a go and at the same time raise money for a great cause.  Riders will start at Workington, Cumbria and finish at Tynemouth, North Tyneside. This is an iconic challenge that is tough but achievable by anyone who prepares well.

In light of recent negativity towards Charities - MSRRF are completely transparent, and happily invite anyone to come and view the facilities first hand and ask any questions. 

Total 130 miles – Approx 3,100m of climbing

Any amount of support you can give will truly be spent wisely and ALL money raised will go directly toward maintaining the free services offered by MS Research and Relief Fund to people with Multiple Sclerosis and their carers in the North East.

MSRRF receives no statutory funding at all.  All the Free services they offer to MS sufferers and their carers, are purely funded by Legacies or bequests from a donor's will, or by fundraising such as this Coast to Coast Challenge.

Just 8p per mile is great donation of £10.40, however if you feel you can stretch a little bit more - we won't say no!!!  Thank you for your support, Simon :)
