The Team at Woking Hospice were so good when we needed them, a local charity that I would like to support where I can.
Woking & Sam Beare Hospices is a patient-led charity that delivers specialist palliative care to people who have advanced life-limiting conditions, as well as supporting their carers and families.
Each year we care for over 1,400 patients, their carers and families. Over 70% of our care is delivered across Surrey in the community and we now have a fabulous new hospice in Woking.
