Safe House 2015 · 8 August 2015

Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity believes no child should face hospital alone. Every day, 500 seriously ill children face a life-changing hospital visit. Children tell us it can be frightening. Parents say they're sick with worry. We want to change this. With your support, we can. Are you in?

Story

We're at it again for the second year running!

Safe House is an Edinburgh based 24 hour tabletop zombie wargames marathon raising money for The Sick Kids Friends Foundation.

The event will run from midday 8th to midday 9th of August 2015.

Last year we raised £754.35 so we’re hoping to grab a few more participants to help smash that total.

Safe House participants will not only embark on a constantly changing campaign through an ever expanding story of zombie survival, they will be doing so in suitably post-apocalyptic surroundings: isolation, barricades, the rapidly deteriorating aroma...you get the idea.

The event will be held in an "abandoned" office block (don't worry, we have permission), appropriately furnished for the end of days.

Players will only be allowed minimal breaks (nature can't be ignored after all) and will be spending the rest of their time playing in the campaign.
