When my neighbour Ken got diagnosed with Prostate Cancer he started a one man campaign to get men of-an-age he knew to check themselves out and to take prostate cancer risk seriously. 

I admired the initiative and so wanted to support the Prostate Cancer UK charity when I do this bike ride.
