Nephrotic Syndrome (NS) affects approx 10,000 people in the UK, majority are children, with no known cause or cure. The current treatment is non-specific and highly toxic, with many potentially life-threatening complications. NeST funds Bristol Children's Hospital in researching NS to find a cure.

Story

Hi in September 2019 our son Oliver was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome and Rachael and I would like to raise awareness of the condition.  In order to do this we will be both taking part in the Great North Run on the 13th September 2020 and then I will also be running in the Chester Marathon 2020.  This will be a big challenge for the both of us, but it is nothing in comparison to everyone diagnosed with this condition, so thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and if you would like to make a donation we would be extremely grateful.

For more information on Oliver's condition please visit: https://nstrust.co.uk/
