2015, lets raise some more money for Cornwall Hospice Care.

Now a bit into this running malarkey, running for St Austell Running Club, training with some great people, getting fitter, faster, stronger, and more of a feel for what it's all about.  This year I've run London, Imerys and Edinburgh marathons.  Also done the Classic Quarter (45 miles Lizard to Lands End) all ahead of the ultimate Trail Ultra in Europe, the Ultra Trail Mont Blanc................... 104 miles, 10,000m of ascent.

AND another opportunity to raise awareness and CASH for Cornwall Hospice Care............

Cornwall Hospice Care is a leading independent Cornish charity providing special care free of charge, to patients with life limiting illnesses aged 18 and over at two Cornwall based hospices - Mount Edgcumbe Hospice in St Austell and St Julia's in Hayle.  The nursing teams care for people with a range of illnesses from cancer to heart and lung disease and Motor Nuerone disease.  The generosity of the public is vital so the care for the people across Cornwall is maintained at no charge to them.

Every penny counts and every penny is spent supporting the adult hospices in Cornwall for Cornwall.  It costs £8.4 million to run their charity and with a very small grant from the NHS it means a staggering £7.5 million has to be raised every year.

It's on the doorstep, and so, so relevant to so many lives, so many families and the community at large.  It is vital.

Thank you for all your help, support and generosity.  It is much appreciated.
