Story

Hey hey friends, arch enemies and good people of the world.

On the 15th April i'll be running the Brighton marathon in aid of the wonderful charity Scope who each year help thousands of people and families deal with various disabilities and specifically, cerebral palsy. I hold this charity close to my heart because my arse kickingly cool nephew is one of those who has CP (although he doesn't ever seem to let it get to him), and they have provided valuable support and advice to Henry, my sister Natasha, her husband Mike and of course the Reading tornado, Lilia. Henry will soon be going in for some pretty heavy surgery which he seems to deal with like it's as hard as making toast and I want to help out those who have helped them deal with this.

So please scrape away at the bottom of those pockets and purses, grab that long lost pound coin and hand it over you tight gits. I know where most of you live and I've got a whole life time to come and get you if you don't.

Come on I'm running 26 miles and if you saw me at the end of the half marathon you know it ain't gonna be pretty when I make it to the end of a full marathon.

Cheers

Simon
