After many years of dribbling on his couch, Mr RC (motivated by his bit of skirt) has taken to the roads of Bricket Wood and has pounded the pavements to turn back the years and re-discover what youth he has left in his bandy legs! But on serious note, both he (and Kerryn - his bit of skirt) have lost their fathers to heart conditions and recognise the importance in staying fit and healthy and are therefore raising a modest sum for a worthy cause such as the British Heart Foundation.

We therefore ask our friends and family to dig deep into their pockets and sponsor us both to achieve this epic distance of 5km (believe me it's further than you think)! You never know it might even inspire us to run the half marathon next year!!!
