Story
As some of you may know, my dad suffered from a heart attack on Good Friday in 2008 whilst running the Maidenhead Easter 10, and sadly passed away as a result. It was not a good Friday, and he didn't return on Sunday either (👀)
In all seriousness, he was an amazing person and everyone he met loved him, and I thought it'd be timely to run this race five years on, and raise money for the British Heart Foundation in the process! The race is 10 miles (or 16.09344 kilometers - it sounds better), and i'll make sure to run it with no walking breaks in ideally around 1 hour ten.
I know most people reading this will be students so i'm aware you're poor, so if you do donate, I appreciate it so much!
Thanks a lot!
Simon
