Our big day is nearly here. We are very much looking forward to getting married and hope that rather than buying us a gift our firends will contribute to charity.

In order to give the fundraising effort a little extra impetus Simon has decided to particpate in a few physical challenges ahead of the wedding. Jo has quickly realised that while she may not be cycling and running the support and "endurance" required on her part is just as relevant, and probably sometimes more painful (!)

As a committed petrol head Simon wanted to attempt to cycle further than he drove in the year leading up to the wedding and at the time of writing this annual mileage has gone through 5000km, comfortably ahead of driven miles but still some more to go before the wedding!
