Cheers for visiting my page

So here goes- the guy who did an embarrassing amount of exercise growing up and has a pretty appalling Uber history is attempting to climb the 3 highest peaks in the UK (Ben Nevis, Scaffell Pike & Snowden) in just 24 hours!

My poor colleagues will be putting up with my moaning along the way, but it's all to raise money for Mental Health UK,  a great organisation which supports people directly affected by mental health problems as well as their families and their carers.  

For me personally, not only is this the first type of challenge I have ever done, but one I'll be doing in memory of Philippa Kirkwood, a good friend who we sadly lost back in September 2013.
