Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!

UPDATE: We completed the walk! With winds over 40mph, and lots of steep hills, it certainly was a challenge, but we made it to the finish line in under 25 hours. We are very close to our fundraising target so please do donate if you can, we are very grateful to you all and it makes the sore legs worth it.

As you may already know, our mum has cancer and has been undergoing various treatments over the past 7 years. She has remained extremely positive and active even when things got very difficult, and has managed to keep teaching, accompanying her pupils for their exams, playing the organ at our local church, walking our dog Polka (chasing and catching a missing Polka..) and running around Salisbury market with all her bags of vegetables and champagne.

We would like to show Mum how proud of her we are and how much we admire her strength and resilience, so have decided to embark on a 100km continuous walk along the Jurassic Coast to raise money for Cancer Research UK. The walk will be taking place over the weekend of 8th and 9th June and we would be very grateful for any donations, big or small. Blister plasters also welcome. THANK YOU! Love from Miranda, Henny and Bryony xxx
