Ski In Luxury Take on SaveThe2000 Challenge this July!

Ski In Luxury is a family-run luxury ski chalet agency based on the south-coast of England. We have recently become partners with Protect Our Winters UK in support of shaping and transforming the luxury chalet industry for the future.

 
If we carry on as we are, snow cover in resorts above 2000 metres will decrease by 70% in many of our favourite ski resorts by the end of the century. With the snow, goes our lifestyles, our identities, our culture and our connections with the communities we love. Join us in supporting this movement to protect our winters for the generations to come.

 
We are taking on the #SaveThe2000 challenge by splitting ourselves into Boys VS Girls, to go head to head in a race to reach 2000km during the month of July. For each team to reach 2000km, we will be undertaking a variety of activities including cycling, running, walking, swimming and even paddle boarding! There is no doubt that as we connect with our local outdoors, we will need your support! Which team will reach the goal first?

We would be grateful of any support throughout this challenge. Donations will go straight to Protect Our Winters who do a fantastic job at raising awareness of climate change and educate in the outdoor communities. It will be used for things like applying pressure on policy holders, fund important campaigns, prevent fossil fuel extraction and educate the public on ways to reduce their carbon output by embracing renewable energy and electric transportation. All of this will help us to achieve our shared goal, to #SaveThe2000.
