The global health and economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is causing severe harm to those who were already vulnerable or in crisis situations.

Now, more than ever, there is an urgent need to provide them with immediate relief and support with rebuilding their lives.

As an example, since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Blue Dragon has:

• Met twice the usual number of children sleeping rough on the streets. Nearly 20% of these are under 5 years old.
• Seen a doubling in the number of families seeking emergency food aid
• Received 31 calls for help from girls and women trapped in sexual slavery

As a network of Vietnamese professionals living overseas, VietPro UK feels a strong sense of responsibility to support our society back home. We wish to reach out to the wider community to help us make a contribution towards the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation's Emergency Appeal.

In return, we encourage attendees to make a contribution on this page, which will go directly to the Blue Dragon's Emergency Appeal. It is completely up to you how much you would like to donate.

Here’s how far your donation will go:

• Every $15 will feed a whole family for a week.
• Every $30 will give a trafficking survivor an 'essential needs' pack after being rescued.
• Every $50 will provide a street child with safe accommodation and healthcare.
• Every $100 will provide emergency care support for a whole family in crisis.
