A letter to Eden.

Dear Eden,

We’ve been on this autism journey since 2019 and what a ride it’s been. The life lessons you’ve taught me I hold dear to my heart. 

With you I’ve learned that we can love without words and that ‘different’ can be amazing too. You’ve taught me to laugh more, to stand tall and walk confidently in my truth. You’ve taught me to be quick, like lightning quick, to stop you from stealing a sip of a drink that doesn’t belong to you, or freshly cooked fried chicken that I wasn’t ready to serve, hahaha! But, most of all you’ve taught me peace & faith. I owe so much to you, for transforming me into who I am now and yet to come, because there’s still so much adventure to fulfill with you yet.

So my darling boy, this dive is for you and all your friends, who don’t always get heard in the way we want, but we’re slowly contributing to changing that, right? Starting with this  (let’s hope our peeps donate at least £5 eh Eden!).

I hope I do you proud my boy.
