Hi guys!! Jimmy, Phil and Jon are training hard in order to complete an Olympic Triathlon for RMHC. For all of you that don’t know, RMHC is a charity supported by McDonald’s that funds and builds free home away from home accommodation for families to stay in whilst their children are in hospital. All RMHC houses are attached to hospitals or are very close by so that families can stay together during their time of need.

 As mentioned above they will be completing an Olympic Triathlon which is made up of a 1.5km swim (which is 60 lengths of Sleaford swimming pool), followed by a 40km bike ride and rounded off by a 10 km run. The swim will take place in the pool and the bike ride and run will happen on the road. As you can imagine this is going to be a massive challenge so all of your support is needed. Please sponsor our boys and help hem achieve their target of £1000. All donations will be greatly appreciated and it is going towards a fantastic cause!!

The triathlon will be taking place at the en of August.
