On July 8th, we’ll be participating in the Color Run to raise money for Samaritans. This charity works hard to offer support for those who may be suffering silently, those who need someone to talk to, those who feel like they've can’t talk about how they’re feeling. 

In today’s day and age, it is important to talk about mental health and Samaritans works hard to provide a safe and anonymous platform to do this.
