The Litho Packaging team are taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge
on 18th May to support the great work of Mind. Mind continue to share
information and advice for mental health sufferers and their friends and
families, as well as raising awareness and therefore helping to slowly reduce
the stigma that can be associated with mental illness.

Each of us in the team has felt the effects of mental health issues in
one way or another, whether that be linked to friends, family or personal
experience, and we would love to raise a sum that reflects our admiration for
the brilliant work that’s being carried out. Approximately 1 in 4 people in the
UK will experience a mental health problem each year and we want to help
provide them with the support that they need to recover.

The Yorkshire 3 Peaks encompasses 24 miles of hiking and
includes 5200ft of ascent across the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and
Ingleborough which we’ll be completing in under 12 hours.
