People affected by prostate cancer need breakthrough treatments. Research is the only way to turn this hope into reality. Combining patient stories and scientific expertise, we fund projects that have a real impact, reducing side-effects, cutting treatment costs and ultimately improving outcomes.

Story

Every year more than 35,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in the UK alone. Sadly more than 10,000 men die annually from this killer disease and thats one death every hour of every day.

The Snowdon 500 Challenge is one of the UK´s primary challenge events designed to raise funds for The Prostate Cancer Research Centre. Each year up to 500 individuals and teams from all over the UK climb Mt Snowdon to raise the funds needed to  ensure the quest to improve the quality of life of prostate cancer victims and ultimately  to find a cure.

If you are unable to take part in the Snowdon 500 Challenge you can still help make a difference by making a donation now - your support will be very much appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please help us in our crusade to find a cure for prostate cancerp and donate now - Thank you..
