We train amazing hearing dogs to transform the lives of deaf people

Story

The employees of SoftwareONE UK are sponsoring a Hearing Dog puppy called "HUNTER".

This adorable puppy will be trained for a period of 18 months before he can be placed with a deaf person, to assist them with their day to day living. His first 12 months will be supported by a "socialiser" who will take him out to public places like shops and cafes. Later on Hunter will be trained to answer the door bell, wake up a person by reacting to the alarm clock in the morning and by alerting his recipient to things like fire alarms.

We have a team of over 150 people working in Wimbledon and Leeds. During the year we will take part in various fund raising events like Tough Mudder, Dog Walks, Cake Bakes, Abseiling etc.
