I am planning to challenge myself in both body and mind to reach out and ask for people to sponsor me through this challenge for a worthy charity - Cancer Research UK. 

My team at work recently was shocked and deeply upset with the news that one of our colleagues had been diagnosed with cancer. This brought home to me the reality of this disease and how it can effect all of us at anytime. 

My efforts in this challenge over 24 hours is nothing compared to what sufferers go through during their recovery from this disease. 

I hope people can find it within them to donate to this great cause and fight this disease now and in the future. 

My Challenge:

I will be running all three of the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales and driving between them with an aim to complete this challenge unaided and within the infamous 24 hours window.

The Basic Maths: 

That's over 10,000ft ascent...Running!

over 450 miles driving between the mountains...Done also by me!

Overall Running more than a marathon in distance!!!
