Story
This year the Brooks Academy Summer Ball is raising funds for the fantastic Neonatal unit at UCLH.
Since Dec 2012 this hospital has played a big part in the lives of Ciaron & Majella during what has been a very difficult time.
Now after them having spent nearly 100 days in hospital, we want to make more people aware of the wonderful care those that work on these units give to families who have preterm babies.
Having a preterm baby is a very stressful experience, but the support and medical care that UCLH gave to Ciaron, Majella and Malachy has been exemplary and as such we want to give a little something back to show our appreciation.
Every family that has a baby on the Neonatal unit at UCLH receives either a Memory or Journey box which allows them to gather memometos during their stay.The cost of this is sizable but our aim is to sponsor these boxes for a whole year.
Whether you are able to attend the Summer Ball all or not (and we hope many of you will be able to join us!) we would ask that you give as little or as much as you can to help continue the amazing work by the Neonatal unit at UCLH.
