Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Boogie on Down for BTR Just Giving Page.

George Harrison died as a result of a brain tumour in 2010 and, as he was a legend on the dance floor, this seems an appropriate way to raise money and awareness of this important charity.

Boogie on Down for BTR is a dance themed party being held at the Peasedown St John Cricket Club on Saturday September 12th 2015 from 7.30 pm.  You can buy tickets via this page for £6.00 each but, if you are unable to come and would still like to donate to this worthwhile charity, please feel free to do so here!

We do need to know numbers so please book early and leave your name and email address so we can confirm with a ticket!  Disco, raffle, buffet and reasonable bar prices indicate that a good night out should be had by all.

Optional: Dress in your favourite genre of dance wear; we will be dancing from the 50s to current day;  We've already started to make our outfits!

Confused?  Any questions? please contact charlie@sonistics.com

Brain Tumours  kill more children and young people than any other cancer yet the research being carried to find out why is minimal.  Brain Tumour Research want to raise awareness and raise funds to increase this research.
