On the 13 & 14th July, we're taking on the National 3 Peak Challenge, climbing Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis.  This is the biggest physical challenge either of us has ever done, is completely outside the realms of 'normal'  life and will require all our mental toughness and fortitude to make it to the end.
