Story
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have sadly lost their own hair through cancer treatment. My hair will grow back, but right now I dont need it one inch as much as they do.
I've always loved having really long hair, and I've been very lucky to never had to think about it. When I heard about the good work of The Little Princess Trust however, I knew I had to donate. Hair loss may be a small side effect compared to the trials of chemotherapy, but if it only takes eight inches to aleviate some of the stress for a young peson undergoing cancer treatment then I am more than happy to do it.
Raising awareness is important. A higher profile lets families know that the charity exists and are there to help if their child has cancer so please like, share and help cut my hair!
Bruce Masefield (Creative Director of Vidal Sassoon) has kindly donated the cut and now I appeal to you, my friends and family, to give whatever you can in sponsoring the event. The Little Princess trust survives on donations, and it costs a great deal to source, make and provide children with real hair wigs for absolutely free.
