Most of you probably know that I have recently moved back to the UK to be with my nan as she is suffering from cancer. She has been like a second mum to me and its heart breaking to see her in so much pain. She's now to weak for an operation and too weak for chemotherapy.

To help fight cancer and so other people don't have to experience what she and my family are going through I'm going to be organising a fund raising event on December 14th 2013
