Sophia (and I) will be taking part in the Delamere Race For Life 5k run/walk (Sophia will probably be doing the running while I do the walking!!!) on Sunday 15th May, along with the "Pre preppers" from Sophia's school. 

We are trying to raise money for a great cause so please join the fight by digging deep and sponsoring me - it's quick, easy and totally secure.
