I’m lucky to still have my Mum, following cancer. My Dad didn’t make it. Neither did my Grandad. Neither did my friend. 

We’ve all got our own story, but I’m pretty sure most people have been directly or indirectly affected by this devestating disease. 

Not usually one for pounding the pavements, I’m challenging myself by putting on my shorts and vest, in the coldest month of the year, to run the London Winter Run as quickly as I possibly can in order to raise money for Cancer Research.
