On Sunday 26 September I will be running 7k through the City dressed as a gorilla as part of the Great Gorilla Run (with many others, should be an interesting sight), aiming to raise money for Help for Heroes. 

Many of you have mentioned that you want photos, and I promise all those who donate will be sent photographic evidence of me running as a gorilla.

Please do give whatever you can, as I'm sure you know Help for Heroes is focussed on rehabilitating injured troops.
