Hello lovely ones,

I've been working and volunteering for Southmead Project for nearly 4 years; it's an amazing charity that offers FREE counselling for up to a year for anyone who has experienced trauma in their lives. 

Now, if you know me, you'll know that running is not something I have done before, but I've bought the trainers, started the training and know that although I will be slow, I will do it!
