The Great North Run is my first race since having my baby girl, Georgia, in Feb 2017. I am running in support of the baby charity Tommy's. They provided us with really helpful information about having a premature baby, which we relied on when Georgia arrived 10 weeks early and was in hospital for the first month of her life.

Crucially, they fund research into miscarriage, premature birth and stillbirth. I am running in memory of Dylan Benjamin Seabrook, my friend's baby who was sadly stillborn in 2012. His mum and dad have worked tirelessly over the last 5 years to raise thousands of pounds for Tommy's, and I'd like to do my bit to help them in memory of their baby boy. 

One in four women lose a baby in pregnancy and birth. Please help us to reduce this shocking statistic, and to save babies' lives.
