I have decided to take on the tough mudder trial with my partner Marcus to help raise funds and awareness for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Charity. This is a charity that lies close to my heart as I lost one of the most beautiful women in my life to this horrific form of cancer 3 years ago and not a day goes by where I don't think of her, she was such an inspiration to me for her love for life to have it taken away right in front of my was heartbreaking.

Then a short while after whilst grieving my Grandma's loss our family was then hit with the tragic news that my Dad my hero also had lung cancer. To date he has had one lung removed and continues to be one of the strongest fighters I know, and I'm so proud of how he is so brave and as a family we will continue to stand with him and fight together, so please please help us all stand together and fight cancer.
