On April 15th I’ll be abseiling The Dewerstone on Dartmoor to raise money for Adventure Therapy, who have supported my lovely friend and her family since her daughter’s brain tumour diagnosis. 

As a charity, we exist improve the emotional and physical wellbeing of children and adults with unique health conditions, impairments or limitations through outdoor and adventure-led activities, which we provide free of charge. We make a positive difference in challenging and complex lives.The power of spending time outdoors in nature and adventure should not be under-estimated. Our activities improve vitality and resilience, aid rehabilitation, provide a sense of accomplishment, fortitude and improve overall wellbeing.
