I am raising vital funds for West Suffolk Hospitals Arthrose Appeal, being a consultant in orthopedics  I see first hand what can help enhance the care we give to our patients.

My cycling adventure will start  in Palermo on June 11^th and follow the northern coast of Sicily to Messina, next follow the east coast of Italy past Agroppoli, Salerno, east of Rome, via Siena and Florence, Parma, Bergamo to Como.

The total number of miles approx. 1100 with 77,000 ft of
climbing (i.e. 3 mount Everests!!).

We will be 11 riders and one support vehicle to take the
luggage (dinner jackets etc ;0) 

We expect to reach Como on Saturday June 24^th.

Please dig deep even if it is just the price of a cup of coffee, every penny counts.
