Self-belief, love and respect for both body and soul are just some of the things I have learned from yoga. On top of that I’ve gained a sense of community and friendship that is a source of strength, support, bravery and inspiration. Now it’s time to give something back.

Through the Soul Sisters initiative, Instinctive Health (www.instinctivehealth.co.uk) will provide the platform for women to develop the qualities and skills essential for happiness and health through regular yoga and lifestyle workshops. 

But then there is the bigger intention and message behind Soul Sisters. You can be a part of this by joining one of our yoga marathons.

Many women around the world will never get the chance to experience happiness or live out the life of their dreams. As Soul Sisters we will try and change that. Bringing together our collective strength, bravery and support for one another we shall make a stand for the rights of women
everywhere and we shall help to provide all with the means to live safe, happy and inspirational lives.

Our regular yoga marathons are an opportunity for you to become part of a growing collective, demonstrating that yoga does have the power to create positive change on a bigger scale.

Be guided by a tag team of experienced teachers through a solid three hours of yoga and let your hard work and effort help raise awareness and money for the local, national and international charities that work tirelessly to support disadvantaged, abused or at risk women.
