South Staffs RTC Challenge - "31 days in May"

31 days in May · 1 May 2020
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
20% of adolescents may experience a mental health problem in any given year.
10% of children and young people (aged 5-16 years) have a clinically diagnosable mental problem.
ChildLine has recieved an "unprecedented" number of calls for help since the UK lockdown and South Staffs RTC players, coaches and supporters want to help.
Throughout May we are undertaking individual 31 day challenges, ranging from daily runs, walks, cycles, football skills sessions and anything else we can thnk of!
We are promoting mental wellbeing through regular exercise for each other and for the wider community - please help us by donating whatever you can afford.
We'll keep you all updated via our Social Media channels throughout May so please make sure to check in and see what we're up to!
Many thanks in advance from us all.
Stay safe.
Jon Richards (Centre Manager)
