Help us to reach our target of raising £1000 for Jeans for Genes 09. Our pledge to you is that we, the five smiling faces you see before you, will endure the trails and tribulations of the Great North Run. With 64 days to go the training is well underway and 'personal bests' are sure to be set!

To date Southmoor Community School has raised nearly £4000 for J4G and have been awarded the Gold Genie Award for 2009. The staff and pupils work hard each year to support the charity by raising money and increasing awareness of the issues surrounding genetic disorders that affect 1 in every 33 child born.
