Good news!! We did it!! It was a lovely day and we had a very enjoyable trek through Nidderdale which took 7 hours when coupled with the odd tea and biscuit break :-)

Firstly, thank you so much to all those who have sponsored us so far! It has been amazing to see the money keep rolling in...

Sadly mum-in-law passed away Monday night (the 16th), she was such a strong woman that it wasn't until her last day with us that she was admitted to the hospice. But even though her time there was short, the work they did to comfort her and us made such a difficult time easier to bear.

Mum really was a fantastic person. She was a great mother-in-law and a fab granny, possessing the patience of a saint when she taught josh to play cards :-) She was intelligent, caring, generous... I could go on forever...

Really going to miss you mum xxxx
