I will be taking on the 150 mile Tour of Suffolk Cycle Challenge for the second year running on the 4th June to raise funds for the Futurestars Charity and Ipswich Town Foundation (donations with be divided by a 50/50 split).

Futurestars Charity - an education-through-sports charity that works with six schools in Ghana and one in Togo. The charity offer sport and PE sessions; a scholarship programme in our Future Leaders School (an independent school with no government funding for children who may otherwise not be in education); a variety of refurbishment projects for safe and inclusive schools.

Ipswich Town Foundation - deliver a variety of community based projects to engage, inspire and develop as many people as possible in Ipswich and the surrounding communities. The Foundation currently engage with around 6,000 young people and vulnerable adults each week.
