The Smallest Things is dedicated to creating a better world for premature babies and their families after neonatal care.

My twins, Eva and Charlotte, were born at 28 weeks' gestation in August 2011. I'll never forget the months they spend in neonatal care and the trauma we all went through. And it didn't stop when we left the NICU. The Smallest Things is a tiny charity with a big voice. We've already changed legislation so parents of premature babies will get more paid parental leave yet we have a lot more to do. Please donate and help The Smallest Things make a big impact!
