In 2020 St Bart's Church reached a milestone in its history having stood in Church Road for 170 years serving the local community. The building is in need of urgent repair and renovation and in 2021 we are launching an ambitious three year Generosity Challenge and plan to raise £90,000 by pledges and donations. 

The church has one of the oldest bells in the northwest in situ in the tower and many links with the community in Roby.

Together with gift aid we hope to secure matched grants to enable us to do the important repair and renovation work of our Grade 2 listed building.

The cornerstone of this appeal is to honour the past, serve the present and provide for the future, to have a safe and welcoming building that meets the needs of our mission plans.

We know that this is a big ask at this time but by working together can we realise our ambition.
