A few friends have formed a team for a day out on October 5th in aid of St Catherine's Hospice, Preston - http://www.stcatherines.co.uk/

Most of us have done little exercise in the past six years, so for us all to sign up and pay for the privilege to gain the bragging rights is amazing, but a mammoth task lies ahead of us all.
