Hey, firstly thank you for stopping by my Jusy Giving page.

After having a heart attack myself in mid 2010 British Heart Foundation played an influential role in my recovery and support.  

I have been a avid fundraiser for them every sense, as it is the very most I can do to say thank you to this charity.

My latest venture is the 80 odd mile route that is the lap of the Lough.  I would appreciate your support in this fundraising, every little helps.
