Ava came into our care earlier this week in a terrible state.  At 2 to 3 years old she weighs just 1.8 kilos, was severely dehydrated, anaemic, suffering from starvation, riddled with fleas and has lost most of her fur.

This little girl has spent all of her life in one room with no furniture, no toys and the bare minimum of comforts such as food and water. Too weak to drink by herself she is being syringed fluids but she has found the strength to eat the many small meals we are giving her.  This little girl is repaying us with purrs and head buts. We are fundraising not just to help with vet bills but to provide Ava with the little luxuries every cat deserves.  Please help us to help Ava. All funds raised above and beyond those needed to help Ava will be used to help other cats in the branch's care.  Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity.
